We’re looking to expand our in-house maintenance capabilities and are seeking a motivated A&P Mechanic to join our growing team. This position offers part-time hours with the opportunity to transition to full-time as our fleet and maintenance operations continue to expand.

Position Overview:
The A&P Mechanic will assist with the ongoing maintenance and inspection of our fleet, focusing on routine service and airworthiness upkeep. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Our hours are flexible and are looking primarily for afternoons and evenings.

Typical Maintenance Tasks Include:

• Performing 100-hour and 50-hour inspections
• Handling tire changes, oil changes, and other scheduled services
• Diagnosing and repairing basic wear-and-tear items
• Conducting logbook entries and ensuring maintenance record accuracy
• Assisting in developing preventive maintenance programs for the fleet

Qualifications:

• Valid A&P Certificate
• 2 or more years of piston-powered aircraft maintenance experience
• Familiarity with Cessna and Cirrus piston aircraft (preferred)
• Avionics troubleshooting experience (Garmin)
• Strong attention to detail and documentation
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a flight school environment
