Costanzo Air is a fast-growing flight school based at Essex County Airport, providing high-quality pilot training and community aviation programs. We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual to help manage daily operations and provide excellent customer support to students, instructors, and visitors. This is a part-time position on Sundays and Mondays from 9AM-5PM with the opportunity to transition to full time in early 2026.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, students, and callers, providing helpful and professional support.
- Schedule lessons and manage instructor/aircraft availability in Flight Schedule Pro.
- Process payments, invoices, and billing; verify end-of-day transactions.
- Maintain accurate student documentation and TSA compliance.
- Coordinate with maintenance personnel to track aircraft service and inspections.
- Oversee pilot shop inventory, office supplies, and facility organization.
- Support marketing and events – assist with open houses, tours, and social media content.
- Gather reviews and student feedback to improve operations.
- Help run the school’s internship program.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; Flight Schedule Pro experience is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior aviation experience or interest preferred (not required).
