Internship (Summer)

Costanzo Air Flight School is seeking a highly organized and reliable individual to join our team for Summer of 2025. This position will be responsible for office and aircraft tasks such as maintaining the aircraft fleet, providing administrative support, and aiding office operations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Schedule appointments and maintain the company calendar
• Conducting pre-flight and post-flight aircraft inspections
• Maintain and replenish all stock supply levels 
• Assist with marketing efforts, including managing social media accounts and creating content for newsletters and email campaigns.
• Support flight instructors with scheduling and organizing student lessons.
• Work with the office manager to maintain accurate records of flight training progress and payments.
• Conduct research on aviation regulations and safety practices to ensure that the flight school is in compliance with all FAA requirements.
• Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the flight school facility and aircraft.
• Participate in flight school staff meetings to learn about the business operations of the flight school and provide feedback and ideas.
• Assist with flight school administrative tasks such as filing, answering phones, and responding to emails.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• At least Junior/Senior standing at the time of application
• Proficient in Google Suite 
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
